Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if:
- Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags are attached (where applicable)
- Item is not damaged or altered from original condition
- Item was purchased from https://threadlix.com
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Intimate apparel or swimwear (if tags removed)
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items purchased outside the return window
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
- Email support@threadlix.com with your order number and reason for return
- Or call to speak with our team
- Provide photos if item is damaged or defective
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
- We will confirm your return eligibility
- Provide return shipping address and label (if applicable)
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be assigned
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Pack item securely in original packaging (if possible)
- Include RMA number in the package
- Use provided shipping label or carrier of your choice
- Keep tracking information for your records
Step 4: We Process Your Return
- Upon receipt, we inspect the item
- Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after receipt
- You’ll receive email confirmation once processed
Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after return receipt
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are customer responsibility unless item is defective or incorrectly sent
Refund Method:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take additional 3-5 business days to appear
Exchanges:
- Exchanges for different sizes or colors are accepted
- Submit exchange request with original order details
- We will ship replacement item promptly
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact support@threadlix.com within 7 days of delivery with photos
- We will investigate the claim
- Upon confirmation, we will:
- Replace the item at no cost, OR
- Provide a full refund including original shipping
- Return shipping will be provided at no cost
Condition of Returns
Thread Lix reserves the right to refuse returns on items that:
- Show obvious signs of wear or use
- Have been damaged by the customer
- Are missing original tags or packaging
- Have been altered or modified
Return Shipping
- Standard returns: Customer pays return shipping unless defective
- Defective/damaged items: We provide prepaid return shipping label
- Expedited returns: Available upon request (additional cost to customer)
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale purchases are made at the customer’s discretion.
