Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and do not include weekends or holidays. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days before shipment.

Thread Lix currently offers international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to:

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

  1. Document the Damage: Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  2. Contact Us Immediately: Email support@threadlix.com or call with photos and order details
  3. Investigation: We will contact the carrier and investigate the claim
  4. Resolution: Depending on findings, we will either replace your order or issue a refund

We recommend all customers:

  • Request signature confirmation for high-value items
  • Carefully inspect packages upon delivery
  • Report damage or loss within 7 days of delivery

Shipping Address Changes

Address changes can only be made before an order ships:

  • Contact support@threadlix.com immediately if you need to change your address
  • Include your order number
  • We will do our best to accommodate the change if possible

Unable to Locate an Address

If the carrier cannot locate your shipping address:

  • We will attempt redelivery up to 3 times
  • After unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to Thread Lix
  • We will contact you to arrange a refund or re-shipment
